Refund Policy for Wholesale Jewelry Orders
At Lavie Jewelz, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and a seamless wholesale experience. As our jewelry is either custom-manufactured or selected from ready stock, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness while considering the costs involved in production and stock management.
Custom wholesale orders and ready stock orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. However, in case of defects, we may offer a partial refund or replacement.
Refunds for Manufacturing Defects: Minor variations in color, weight, size, or finishing are not considered defects, as handmade Jewelry and natural gemstones may have slight natural differences. If an item has a verified manufacturing defect, notify us within 2 days of receiving the shipment with clear images/videos. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the defect.
Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method or store credit.
