RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We are very confident that our item will meet and surpass your expectations, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please let us know that you are returning the jewelry and inform us the reason of your dissatisfaction. and we guarantee a refund or exchange.

Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice. The item must be returned in its original condition. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a refund will not be issued. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our company's fault. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
