Order Cancellation Policy for Wholesale Jewelry Orders
For Ready Stock Orders: If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order then please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Be sure to include your Order Number in the message. You can whatsapp +91-637 633 6679 Or E mail At laviejewelz1@gmail.com.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment. A 10% restocking and processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the order is shipped, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
For Custom-Manufactured Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. A 10% processing fee will apply to cover administrative costs. Once production begins, cancellations will not be accepted, as raw materials, labor, and manufacturing costs are incurred.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order fully or partially. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases.
We will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account and you will receive the refund amount within 7 working days.
